Most commonly, Martha works with third-party real estate purchasers to service any legal needs that may arise leading up to or during a transaction. She also handles family law matters, ranging from dissolution of marriage to paternity and child support modifications, for firm clients as needed.

Having an undergraduate degree from Florida International University, Martha obtained her law degree from Saint Thomas University.

Prior to joining Feinstein & Mendez, Claudia clerked at a firm that serviced clients dealing with personal and corporate bankruptcy, residential and commercial real estate, and family law matters.
